我目前有吃的健康食品如下~請大家幫我看看這樣是否過量.吃的方法對嗎~早上空腹吃~葡萄籽(美樂家.寶維適plus)2粒早上空腹吃~維他命c(惠氏.c元素500mg)一片二者葡萄籽先食在來C (二者需見隔開來嗎?可同時服用嗎?)中午吃飯完隔半小時~一小時吃綜合維他命(善存)一顆隔二天中午吃飯��
