來回報一下後續:
下午打了官網上的客服專線,因為是午休時段所以打了兩次才有人接。
跟對方說明我遇到的狀況,一聽到滿額贈缺貨馬上就問沒開欠貨單給我嗎?
也請我留下資料再跟專櫃確認過程,我也告知這次服務的失望,
她便一直跟我道歉並保證會補上等值的贈品給我。
下午她有再來電跟我說明後續,也有以前的櫃姐認出我的名字說我是老客人~(溫馨)
明明滿額贈每周都有補貨,也有很多方案可以解決,她們也不明白昨天在場的櫃姐
到底是哪根筋不對,可以把一件雞毛蒜皮的事情搞成這樣....
反正總公司那裏是承諾會寄等值的贈品給我,我也樂見其成,不過現在東西沒收到我
也不敢太快下定論((萬一拿到東西又是一場驚嚇就尷尬了XXD~~))
非常謝謝大家這次給我的建議~ 也希望之後不要再遇到這種鳥事了~~~

第一次在此版發文,也有點算是心情文,如有不妥請見諒~
如題~~
我在百貨周年慶沉淪多年,這是第一次遇到這個問題~
我這幾天去衝信義新光周年慶尾巴,去新開的ALBION踩點。
我使用ALBION已經超過十年,貢獻了不少$$,以前的服務也讓我很開心,
舉凡預購/護膚/新品體驗.....專櫃小姐都認真通知我,也從不會強迫推銷。
我知道他們商品售價比日本貴,但歐美系品牌何嘗不是如此,
只要服務OK我就願意買單~
知道他們換公司後第一次去體驗,但整個服務讓我好失望又很難過....
失望是覺得跟預期有很大的落差,難過是大概要跟自己青春的一部分告別了~
挑了個人少的時段去專櫃,跟小姐表明想購買的品項,小姐卻是否有現貨....等
這段時間都沒啥問題;但是等到結帳完我詢問我的滿額贈禮呢?
(我買了9千多元,扣掉組合我最少可以換到5千的滿額贈)
小姐才說5千的沒有了,不然我要買到9千元......
我整個傻眼(阿你一開始是不能先講嗎? 貼個滿額禮已換完的告示也可以吧?)
小姐看我的表情,拿了各2個滲透乳和精華液試用包跟我說不然這個給你....
我詢問不會補貨嗎? 小姐一臉我很盧的表情沒有回答我....
我當場有個衝動想整批退掉,但想到還要花時間處理就想算了(要趕回家接小孩放學)
我整個懷念以前的時光,小姐會狂主動要我試用新品,主動幫我敷臉,
從來沒遇過滿額贈缺貨的狀況,任何缺貨都會拿一堆試用包給我回去擋著用,
每次拿高一階的整組試用包塞給我,我試用完就乖乖又被推坑....
我不知道是不是我的心態不對,但以前的專櫃服務真的寵壞了我,
讓我當個長年消費者我也很歡樂~~
我不知道我該不該打給總公司問DM上又沒寫滿額贈是限量,還是該乖乖閉嘴...
但我真心難過要跟自己最愛的品牌說再見... 青春的眼淚阿~~
