MUS的包裹問題 - 男性保養

我在2014/11/29下單，
結果到今天2015/1/13還沒收到，
用貨物追蹤的包裹號碼去查詢

First Class International Airmail
December 3, 2014 , 9:38 pm
Arrived at USPS Facility

The item is currently in transit to the destination.

請問有經驗的前輩們，
它在包裹出關之後就不會更新資訊了嗎？

我上個禮拜連續email好幾次問客服，
結果每次都收到這個罐頭訊息，

同期間訂的aussiebum都已經收到一段時間了，
就連稍晚黑色購物節購入的C-in2也都收到了，
就MUS的包裹沒收到，

如果需要補稅是不是應該會有一封通知單通知我呢？
因為什麽東西都沒收到，
就算去郵局查詢資訊也沒有任何包裹號碼能查詢。

買過很多家的東西，
但第一次碰到像MUS這樣的情況，
（特別是客服還一直回罐頭訊息）
所以特別前來求助有經驗的前輩們，謝謝。
