因為最近又要開始減肥
除了控制飲食與快走外,想說增加點不一樣的東西來做
不然一直做同樣的事情也挺無聊
然後在網路上看到 Tabata Training
只有8個循環動作,共四分鐘的時程,感覺還不錯
想請問有沒有人做過呢?
剛剛在YOUTUBE看到很多影片,下雨天在家做感覺也很合適的說...
