猶豫了很久,終於送出單子跟團合購
很快的~就收到X-Bike 07的,
想問大家自己每天騎的時候是設定怎樣呢??
從收到到今天三天,我都是以設定時間來為目標
第一天是20分鐘/第二天30分鐘/第三天60分鐘...這樣子
阻力就固定在2,速度大約都是38-42
不知道若是原本沒有固定運動的人,這樣子設定是否OK?
我最想瘦的是大腿了><" 雕朔雕朔~
買X-Bike的用意是希望自己能每天上去最少最少踩個半小時
不知道大家都是怎麼設定的呢?
