我相信大家國中的時候都有背過一個公式
W = F x S
意思是
功 = 作用力 x 作用力作用的距離
這個公式與時間無關
為什麼「慢跑重視持續的時間,而不是你跑了多遠。」??
舉例來說
假設
某甲與某乙體重相同
維持等速率所需的力量大小與速率成正比
跑步所需消耗的熱量等同於所作的功
(以上應該合理吧!)
某甲以10km/h的速率跑了10km
某乙以5km/h的速率跑了10km
故某甲所做的功為
維持10km/h的力乘上10km
某乙所做的功為
維持5km/h的力乘上10km
可得知
某甲所做的功為某乙的2倍
所以某甲消耗的熱量為某乙的2倍
但是以
"「慢跑重視持續的時間,而不是你跑了多遠。」"
這個論點來說
某甲實際上跑了1小時
某乙跑了2小時
所以某乙這次跑步較有效的消耗熱量?
這是為什麼呢?
