在之前的推文有人問,乾脆發一篇分享給大家好了。
我媽的煮法挺麻煩的。雖然大致上做法也是魚鱗片洗乾淨在拿去煮
但光是清洗就非常複雜跟耗時。
我跟我媽確認後才發現我記錯了,魚鱗片的做法是我媽跟伯伯講的才對,sorry
那個伯伯是吃了20幾天的膠原蛋白後,10幾年的的灰指甲完全好了
指甲也長出來了。
而我媽會知道是某次聚餐時,某位大學教授跟她講的
1.魚鱗片挑選深海魚,淡水魚會有寄生蟲
那時候日本還沒有輻射問題,所以教授是說要深海魚
我家是固定用深海魚煮,如果很在意的話可以試看看淡水
2.清洗魚鱗片50次以上。 對沒錯,50次以上,反复跟我媽確認過

3.清洗完後,魚鱗片放在水位超過3CM的鍋子裡,冰冰箱(冷藏)3天
這3天裡,每一天都要拿出來清洗3回,每一回要洗10次以上
洗完後在放回冰箱冷藏(一樣要加水)
4.第3天清洗完後,就可以開始煮了
水位8-10CM(她是講10CM啦,但我用尺量她用手比的高度,是8CM)
先開大火煮,這邊要記得
絕對不能等滾了再轉小火

趁它快滾之前就轉小火
否則水一定會撒出來,撒出來的話,不趕快擦掉,粘到瓦斯爐會超級難擦!!
萬一真的不小心撒出來,趕快用濕毛巾擦掉
5. 蓋子留縫,煮40-50CM(小火)
我家是用竹筷子墊在蓋子下方。
邊煮邊將雜質撈掉
6.當魚鱗片變成乳白色時,就可以瀝掉,放冷(可加蓋留縫)
放冷後分裝到小夾鏈袋(4號),放冷藏後,ㄉㄨㄞㄉㄨㄞ的膠原蛋白就完成了!!
煮的時候會有腥味,但完成後的膠原蛋白吃起來是沒什麼味道的。
可以依個人喜好,添加蜂蜜或者檸檬
沒吃完的可以放冷凍。
除了用吃的,煮湯也可以加,有時候我很懶惰就直接加在水裡喝
我媽當初會煮來吃純粹是愛漂亮XDDD
也不知道吃了身體癒合能力會變很好
她是吃了指甲變硬,不然原本指甲很軟
而我是吃了,好幾年的耳洞就癒合了
前天泡了明治膠原蛋白來吃,味道無法接受,果然還是只能加在有味道的飲品裡才能喝QQ
