一天蛋白質攝取問題 - 健身

1.雖然有在板上看到一天食物攝取不夠
可以飲用乳清來達到一天所需的蛋白攝取量
但是我翻到的都是一天攝取一次乳清的樣子
如果說我當天真的離我需要的蛋白量有差距
(像是喝兩杯乳清才能夠達到)
這樣我一天喝兩杯乳清是沒問題的嗎?
然後這裡是指非訓練日
2.如果是訓練日看起來是要再比非訓練日高一些攝取量?
