之前看到許多版友分享的健身餐很令人嚮往。
也覺得很方便
實施了一個月,禮拜天一次煮六天份共12餐。
最近同事不只一個人說青菜如果隔夜了或重複再加熱,不但營養流失甚至會有亞硝酸鹽致癌
所以最近都沒煮了,但每天都要買很麻煩而且菜色營養的調配就很差
不知道有沒有大大可以分享一些這方面的心得?
