去年在準備研究所畢業及寫論文期間
因為靠吃來紓解壓力所以我的體重直線上升
從原本50左右一路增加到將近55
因為本人的體質關係
不管怎麼胖都只會胖在胸部以下大腿以上
所以不要小看這五公斤~通通放在這一段也是很可觀的
平常的我只穿牛仔褲 沒有感覺 可以遮得很好
直到今年三月某天穿了一件長裙出門
發現~我看起來真的很壯觀
圓滾滾的肚子~像極了孕婦
所以開始想要減肥
為了家人健康我之前買了一台x-bike
從四月初開始我每天少吃並且每天踩x-bike至少40分鐘
少吃是指早餐午餐正常吃
晚餐單單吃牛奶燕麥為代餐
這樣持續到現在已經三個月左右
但是大概兩週後我就有很明顯的消瘦
雖然到現在體重只瘦了3公斤不到
但是我的人像是瘦了一大圈 腰圍也小了1.5吋
很多褲子都又可以穿了
所以只要持續有氧運動我相信~我應該可以恢復之前平坦小腹的狀態~
也希望大家都可以美美過夏天
