因為..體重直達78...
對身為女生的我來說好傷哦
所以開始了跑步的生活
我都是下了班去跑步
一個星期跑三~四天
剛開始都跑不到一小時
第三天後習慣了就可以跑的到一小時
今天量體重

真是讓我開心~
總算有動力在維持下去了
昨天買牛仔褲原本要買XL的
結果發現我穿的下L的了
只瘦了二公斤 ,但肚肚變小了一點
也比較有精神
當然也有加上飲食控制
我晚上不吃米飯,只吃菜跟一點點肉
大約八點去跑步
原本痛苦的跑步現在有動力在繼續了
希望有天可以瘦到60~
