想請位各位大大
我在速食店工作
已經很避免在吃炸雞了,
可是為了省錢還是常常吃店裡的,因為免費
以前我有在游泳
但最近開學了比較忙還有天氣很冷就很少游泳
偶爾會跑步=_=
本來想說最近在開始游泳
可是看到有的大大說游泳其實比較可以修飾身型而已
所以我想請問哪種運動能夠比較容易持久,但是消耗的熱量不會很低嗎
因為我早晚不是上課就是要上班幾乎每天行程都滿滿的
只能抽出兩三天大概1~2個小時
還有哪種運動能夠幫助排便=_=,我覺得我每天在吃青菜了
