之前去過AVEDA各家分店染髮剪髮過，覺得服務還不錯。
上個月又去AVEDA去剪頭髮了~
大家都知道AVEDA有簡易修剪的服務，可是限定是"一個月內"。
今天去電想預約洗髮 & 修瀏海。
沒想到AVEDA竟然回覆離上次剪髮已超過一個月，
只能洗髮，不能修瀏海。
的確，我是已離上次剪髮是一個月又14天。
所以我想說那就花個八百多塊去洗髮，順便修一下瀏海。
沒想到得到的回覆竟然是如此不知變通。
AVEDA的回覆是，我超過14天，要修瀏海必須花1200元/1400元才能進行修剪。
可是我頭髮只剛剪一個半月，不想又把它剪短了。
難道AVEDA不能有更彈性的作法嗎?
客戶只超過14天，又花800多塊洗頭，
設計師只需花5分鐘修個瀏海，竟是不可能的事!!
AVEDA如此不彈性的作法，讓我對AVEDA的印象扣至0分。
這次的經驗，讓我決定以後不會再踏進AVEDA消費了!!
AVEDA以注重客戶感受與優質服務換許高價的客戶消費，
今天這種服務，已不值得客戶花多一點錢踏進AVEDA了!
