請問大大們如何讓壽桃在扒開時組織呈現綿密細緻的方法??是水全換成鮮奶攪拌嗎?個人有猜過會不會是壓麵糰的問題.但有試過就算壓到很光亮.蒸出來的組織氣孔依然有點大(粗)個人是用 中筋+低筋 混合攪拌而成還有其它的方法嗎????ps.有人提供用發酵麵糰方法.但成效不太好感謝您.��
