我只要工作壓力太大或是熬夜失眠
痘痘就會開始爆出來
臉上都會是很明顯的一顆一顆大痘
我又會手賤忍不住一直去擠
因為我的工作很常會加班
之前WFH雖然忙但至少沒有越冒越多
現在上班每天戴口罩,痘痘就又開始集體出來見客...
後來有去看了皮膚科
擦醫生開的藥加上戒掉蛋、奶
就有好轉一些,但是看起來還是滿慘的
所以後來去做醫生推薦適合痘痘肌的潔比爾亮肌療程

其實看的出來有改善
完整療程是六次
療程過程大概就是
淨化鎮定肌膚、溫和去角質、霧化精華保養的三個步驟
用航太技術把精華滲透到肌膚深層
聽起來很厲害
但因為過程中不會接觸肌膚,所以基本上我都在睡
總之,痘痘終於沒有那麼猖狂,肌膚也變得比較細緻
