卸妝與洗面乳的使用問題 - 保養

我是乾肌._./
我的上妝習慣是全妝（有粉底液粉餅等），
回到家卸妝（只用卸妝油），睡前再用洗面乳，之後上晚霜什麼的。
最近很糾結的是：該不該卸妝時就用洗面乳呢？
可是這樣睡前再用洗面乳洗一次的話覺得好像過度清潔，
但這時候擦晚霜什麼的又嫌太早；
或是睡前的洗臉只要用清水潑就好？
對自己的保養觀念沒什麼自信，
所以想請問版友們，謝謝:-)
