我19歲 155/57KG 體脂肪超高!! 幾個月前量好像30多%
身材屬於麵龜型圓身 肚子超大而且很硬
我懷疑這是中年男子的啤酒肚嗎= =
之前曾經努力過想減肥 但是每次都因為毅力不堅無疾而終ˊˋ
轉眼間就要邁入銅器時代拉警報了
這次終於下定決心要位自己的幸福努力一把!!
麻煩大家祝我一臂之力吧!!!!!!!!!
**戰略是── 諾美婷‧洋車前子‧水女孩 三合一戰術!!
早餐─正常吃 如果上課來不及就不吃
午餐─正常吃
晚餐─沖泡式馬鈴薯泥代餐 一份約200卡
每天至少會慢跑半小時 一週大概游泳兩次 各約ㄧ小時
但有游泳就不慢跑了
每天約下午三點左右才吃大諾 因為之前一早吃晚上真的太餓了>"<
天天喝水2500cc左右 而且會加洋車前子:D
(我愛洋車前子QQ好好喝:DDD)
大概像這樣
目前實行至今兩天
