原來膠原蛋白粉真的要天天吃才有效 - 保養

之前去日本的時候買了膠原蛋白粉一個罐裝一個補充包
原本都是有一搭沒一搭的吃,都沒甚麼感覺
最近因為在控制飲食的關係,每天晚上睡前都會用維他命C發泡錠泡一匙來喝
然後突然有一天,洗臉的時候發現怎麼肥皂沖不乾淨?
接著努力的沖,還是又滑又嫩!?
驚!!
原來是我的臉皮太古溜了,那時候我已連續吃了4~5天吧
之前都沒有連續吃所以真的無感
現在我每天睡前就是: 再忙也要來一匙膠原蛋白XD
不過我在快要吃完第一罐的時候(上禮拜左右),才發現我罐裝買的是樂天的膠原蛋白
然後補充包買的是明治的!?!?!?
上網查了一下,樂天的來源是豬,明治的來源是魚鱗
聽說魚鱗較容易純化,且明治比樂天便宜
一天5000毫克對我來說有非常明顯的效果
因為我本身有抽菸 工作壓力也頗大 又過了25歲
感覺膠原蛋白真的在流失中......
豬的膠原蛋白跟魚鱗的膠原蛋白到底何者比較優呢??
PS.
我自己吃下來除了感覺臉跟身體皮膚變滑之外
還有淚溝稍微比較不明顯
色素沉澱型的痘疤淡得很快,膚色亮了一號
可是感覺膠原蛋白跟毒品一樣嘛!上癮了就很難戒了
有了膠原蛋白粉其實好像也不用買太多保養品
我現在洗完臉都只有噴有機橙花純露 之後抹之前買的精華液就好了~~
逐漸朝水煮蛋肌邁進
但是一個月一包真的頗傷荷包啊
