我今年9/3日去做的剪燙染。

有人說這只是peggy部分小小的失誤、最傷心的人不是我是peggy,
甚至寄信告訴我因為我這篇文章讓peggy多年來的認真努力都失去了,
認為我很殘忍。
9/26我補上綁公主頭的照片,把有捲的表層挽起來,內層就很明顯了

要不要寫出這篇文章我考慮很久,畢竟peggy在版上頗有名氣。
我去該店為剪+燙+染,時間為早上11點到下午五點。
我髮質中等,約一年燙染一次。
這是燙染完快一個禮拜的圖片。(9/7)
光源幾乎打在頭頂的正上方,左前瀏海部分的染色與右邊、後面的顏色涇渭分明。

後面照片,頭髮乾枯毛躁。而當初我選擇使用最貴的護髮。
不過剛燙完,我還可以接受。

這是我前天照的,使用手機前鏡頭所以有點模糊。(9/19)
不過還是看的出來頭髮中段的顏色與上面不同,還有捲度幾乎消失。
每次洗髮我都有上fino的護髮膜,不過頭髮還是相當乾枯。

現在離我剛燙完不到三個禮拜。
捲度恢復的真不是普通的快啊..而且每次洗完頭我都有抹造型乳和繞頭髮吹喔
就算我技術不佳,三個禮拜不到耶..我的心在淌血。
再提中間洗燙染過程中的不愉快。
該店當時來一位新人,據peggy的說法之後可能會在該店掛為設計師。
而peggy就讓新人在我的頭髮上「實習」而非「見習」。
中間的燙染過程有很多是peggy走過來講一下該怎麼弄之後就離開了
(離開可能是和別的設計師打鬧聊天或吃東西)
最好的情形就是peggy和新人一人一半處理我的頭髮,而peggy沒有double check
新人是否有完美的達成她的需求(對另一半她沒有再翻撿的動作)。
那為什麼我當場沒有積極的反對?因為peggy不是在一開始我走進去就告訴我要給
別人實習啊..當時頭都洗了,也只能硬著頭皮上。
而燙染的結果已經在上面了。
最後在四點的時候,peggy幫我做最後的護髮,告訴我要靜置三分鐘。
她馬上去迎接新的客人,我就被晾在在洗髮台上,頂著一頭濕淋淋的頭髮看著她
積極的拿著雜誌和新客人討論新客人的的頭髮,然後中間一度離開後再回去討論。
為什麼我很清楚呢?因為她就在我仰起頭斜15度角離我最近的客人的座位。
我又濕又冷的被遺忘了(他們家沒有毛毯的)
看著旁邊的設計師和客人來來去去,沒有一個人走過來幫我。
我臉皮薄不好意思大叫,也很巧的沒有人正好走在我觸手可及的範圍內。
我只能一直仰著頭看著peggy,希望她早點記起我,然後可以脫離這樣尷尬的狀態。
就這樣足足被晾了將近二十分鐘..
peggy才好像突然發現沒有人幫我沖水,趕緊走過來指著新人說
「我不是叫你沖水嗎?要是別的設計師叫你過去做事,你也該回來告訴我啊」
我的OS:所以peggy你是完全忘記你上一個客人了嗎?與其說新人,不如誠懇的和我說聲
對不起,我會比較好受吧
而這樣的剪燙染我花了七張鈔票。
事後回想,為什麼我會碰到這樣的事情呢?
明明在版上,大家對peggy的印象都是熱忱負責任、剪髮的經驗都很愉快啊
直到我看到前幾篇某版友的問題我才恍然大悟,或許這就是理由吧
「我前兩次都是給penik的另一位合夥的設計師整理,這一次我突發奇想換成peggy..」
我寧願當場被拒絕也不要花錢又受罪。
感謝大家有耐心的把這篇文章看完。
奉勸大家在不確定設計師的性格前,不要輕易的更換同家店的設計師。
你以為他們是好朋友不會介意,也有可能正因為是好朋友才要有所表現。

9/22下午一點半peggy主動來信表示她感到愧疚,並提出願意退回所有費用。
不過正如我回推文所說,我當天的確有剪燙染,沒有理由接受退費。
至於其餘可能的補償措施,老實說我已失去信心所以不打算接受補償。
不過peggy的信件的確很誠懇,我相信peggy以後不會再對顧客怠忽輕慢了。
