看芳療聖經寫到橄欖油等數種植物油有防曬作用
這讓我想到，是否可以用植物油取代隔離霜達到防護作用呢？
我已經數年沒有抹任何防曬品，因為不是過敏就是長痘子，毛孔細但深卸妝變成苦差事，無奈歲月不饒人，不防護的報應來了……
我是室內工作，每天照很多日光燈
請問大家有什麼可以推薦的嗎？
最好是芳療家或其他實體店面買的到的，其他家要湊免運費好難
