我可能懷了第二胎寶寶第一胎因為心情太好不忌口所以胖了14公斤雖然日後有空就少吃多運動瘦回來但是還是比懷孕前胖了4~5公斤如果生第一胎胖4~5公斤第二胎又胖4~5不是很糟糕!!!所以希望再生第二胎前先瘦到理想體重而持續在做運動中(不會很劇烈)會對胎兒不好嗎??希望有人能給我一些意見,謝謝~~~~~
