我剛剛午餐吃了一個便當有洋蔥炒蛋、雞腿、紅蘿蔔炒蛋我把飯跟雞腿跟洋蔥炒蛋吃光光因為紅蘿蔔炒蛋大部分都是洪羅蔔所以我只吃了一點點之後我又喝了二分之一的每朝肚子就痛了之後我就去拉了一些屎拉了一些屎完呢我又去我家外面馬路那邊跑步跑了20分鐘照理來講剛剛這樣下來我會不會有一點效果?就是有沒有消化一點熱量的效果???如果有的話,大概消耗了多少呢??因為
