最近iFit的外送低卡便當還滿紅的
一個便當有飯有菜有肉
熱量只有450卡
看起來真的很不錯
但有吃過的朋友說
人一天的基礎代謝就是那樣
午餐只吃450卡好像是很輕盈
但中午12點吃完
下午三點多四點就餓了
因為身體得到的熱量就是不夠撐到傍晚六點啊!
到頭來還不是得在下午吃東西補充熱量?
不然肚子餓根本無法專心工作
所以對方最後就放棄吃漂亮又均衡但貴貴的低卡便當了
還說這種便當只是暫時自我心靈滿足而已
以為午餐吃得少
但到頭來身體餓的時候
還是會要補回來的!
也有人在吃低卡便當嗎?
真的有效果嗎?
又是持續多久呢?
