話說我之前都是熱量控制(1600 kcal)+每天運動(1~2hr),
平均一天約瘦個0.2~0.3kg,
但這次寒假返鄉一個月都沒動跟控制熱量,
體重是只回一些些...(不到1kg)
但因為1600 kcal其實比我基代偏低不少
(怕吃多會阻礙減的效率...)
回到宿舍就試著吃到2000 kcal左右,
配合1hr腳踏車+40min游泳......
沒想到兩天下來瘦的程度是之前的近1.5倍~
之後我又控制回原本的1600 kcal,運動程度一樣,
沒想到又恢復成之前的程度......
試問是不是我之前都吃太少,導致減的效率變慢?
(沒足夠的熱量消耗脂肪?!)
雖然這樣過了寒假,即使其中每天都有吃大餐&沒運動,
還是沒復胖非常快~
