本身愛喝飲料(麥茶2分糖這種)
隨身都會帶一瓶水
喝一口麥茶 暫時不想喝就喝水漱口
喝一杯飲料不會超過一小時
上班不喝飲料 下班才喝
只吃午餐 晚餐
晚餐吃完飯一小時後刷牙
午餐工作關係沒空刷牙
睡前用牙線清理
睡醒刷牙
以上還能算是 較有效預防蛀牙嗎?
另外住院只打點滴 不能吃飯那種
是不是正好就能依靠口水修復自己的牙齒?
這樣我想哪天有一大筆錢 不用工作 躺在家裡打點滴 修復一下
