這次經驗分享給大家參考,
因為是我第一次要辦換貨,過程蠻讓我傻眼的!
首先因為本身不是大戶,而且靠櫃很容易被冰,
所以才轉向官網消費,
而這次我買的是ANR高效修護組
內容物有
特潤超導修護露 (滴管) 7ML
特潤眼部修護霜 5ML
特潤修護極效安瓶 10顆
特潤超導精萃潔顏乳 30ML
收到產品先讓我錯愕的是~安瓶只有9顆膠囊
是說我以為這種產品是機器設定裝填的,不容易有缺漏
沒想到竟然會有這種少1顆的現象發生,
看來以後買這種要算顆數的產品,一定要在買入時就先數數量有沒有少
不過我也想知道大家在買這種顆數型的產品,一開始就會先數數量嗎?
我以前是都不會啦!但經過這次以後應該會小心一點吧.....
接著,我也跟官網客服反應少了1顆的問題
客服提供的處理方式是
先致贈一個致歉禮(小樣試用品),還有下列兩種處理方式擇一
1.退貨+下次消費9折優惠
2.換貨,但由於產品統一由國外進口在官網銷售
因此要換貨必須等他們跟國外調貨,
確定收到國外調貨後才能派人來取貨更換,
然後因為要跟國外調貨不確定是否有貨,
就算有也需要幾個禮拜左右的時間.....
好了聽到選項2的時候我個人是升起了一把火啦
我現在才知道官網退換貨的機制是那麼不利消費者
連換個ANR高效修護組都要等國外調貨哈哈哈哈哈哈傻眼
不過因為這次的消費經驗讓我對產品失去信心也不打算再買了,
所以9折完全不考慮(更何況官網不是大多本來就有9折嗎.......)
而2雖然讓我覺得扯,但反正你講得出我就敢選
(好吧我真的是賭一口氣哈哈哈)
截至今日,我的換貨程序還沒跑完(快3個禮拜了)
大概貨還在國外吧哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
所以真心建議大家在雅詩蘭黛官網消費一定要三思
換貨程序真的讓我下巴都要掉下來了!
