上禮拜塗了兩塊樹酯墊高之後
吃飯都幾乎用吞的
因為只有兩塊地方能把食物磨碎
然後骨釘又在智齒
一直刺傷我舌頭
每次吃飯都覺得很生氣
除了消化不良
體重也掉了兩三公斤
我醫生說墊高最快要1個半月才能拿掉
請問大家都怎麼克服過來的?+.+
真的覺得矯正之路好辛苦.......
