大又硬又白卻不痛的痘子該如何 - 保養

本身中偏乾性膚質。
下巴有一粒大硬痘，白白的，
弄它完全不痛，摳它也不破皮，
頑固的很，不知該算痘子還是粉刺?
可能存在好幾個月甚至一年了，
雖說沒大困擾，但心裡就有個芥蒂在那，
看皮膚科好像小題大作(住鄉下選擇不多)
沒白頭又不敢亂擠...
請問有人有相關經驗嗎? 我該如何逼出它?
