大家最先瘦哪裡呢 - 美體

前一陣子想說很久沒去量體重,
就答答的來到康是美,
量完後...
媽呀...多了6公斤= =
不過也不算變胖,應該算從過瘦變正常而已,
就忽然想到了很多人都覺得動某個地方就會瘦那裏。
心裡想反正既然要運動,就順便測試。
就分兩階段,第一階段我的運動是快走,
一個禮拜大概走3~4天,34分鐘4800公尺,
沒算錯的話速率應該是8.5公里/hr
就這樣過了一個月...
我的檢查數據是各個部位的尺寸而非體重。
發現最先瘦的地方是大腿→腰→臉→小腿
屁股的尺寸我倒是不管胖瘦一直沒變過,
唯一不動如山的只有手臂的肉= =
後來停了兩個禮拜+狂吃讓肉長回去,開始第二階段。
第二階段,換騎X-bike,
一個禮拜騎5~6天,每天騎15公里以上,速率26~29,時間40~60分
又過了一個月....
這次瘦的順序我發現不一樣了,
最先瘦的是腰→臉→手臂→小腿
不動如山的則是大腿。
覺得還蠻有趣的,一樣是有氧運動,
可是瘦的順序卻不一樣~
不知道大家是不是有類似的情況?
下次想要來試試看游泳和跳舞~
