常在版上看到大家在爭論吃膠原蛋白到底有沒有效
很多報導也有探討，不過實在是分好多派
我個人是沒有吃膠原蛋白的習慣
倒是因為腸胃比較不好也很容易過敏，所以從很久以前就有吃益生菌的習慣
後來因為一些原因就沒在吃了，工作也變很忙就不太注意
前陣子我媽說朋友在賣益生菌飲就也拿給我試喝看看
以往益生菌都是用吃的，沒有喝過所以覺得很特別
雖然之前完全沒聽過這牌子，覺得很神秘，但畢竟是我媽給的就姑且一試
味道酸甜酸甜，之前沒吃過膠原蛋白，不知道味道是不是一樣
不過跟我以往吃的益生菌味道完全不一樣
顏色像是淺一點的醬油色(應該是黑醋栗或莓果的顏色)
喝起來有點莓果味，味道是可以接受的
才剛喝兩個禮拜，所以目前還沒有什麼顯著效果
但同事說我最近好像氣色比較好，不知道是不是跟喝這個有關
大家平常有吃這些保健食品的習慣嗎？吃這些東西到底有沒有效啊？
