想請問各位大大:
1、大家都說少攝取7700卡,就會瘦一公斤,那瘦的是脂肪還是肌肉呢?!
因為如果每天少吃的話,累積到7700卡,就會瘦一公斤,如果沒有運動
靠少吃減下來的話,那會變成溜溜球效應嗎?!
2、我是女生,165/75KG…以鄉民提供的網站下去算…我的基礎代謝率為1474卡
如果我要減肥的話,是要吃超過1474卡嗎?!那如果以7700卡會瘦一公斤的話~~
我如果吃1300卡,是表示我一天才累積174卡的意思嗎?!
3、我早餐吃香雞堡+中溫紅,午餐吃冬粉一把+青菜半把+蛋一顆+豬肉絲50G
,晚餐大部份都沒吃,本來瘦了2.2KG了…但體脂肪卻每天上升0.2%,我
將我的飲食POST在板上,有鄉民說的我的澱粉類吃太少…所以脂肪
沒有東西燃燒,雖然體重下降了,但體脂才會上升,因此我昨天除了上述
飲食外,晚餐多吃了5/1的飯+一點魯肉,結果體脂是下降了0.1%,但體重居
然上升1.4KG,怎麼會這樣呢?!
