我是功課壓力挺大的.我是17歲半喔.水腫型身高-160體重-62公斤我知道本人是ㄡ麥尬的肥所以我想減肥.想持久又不會有節食壓力的方法(慢慢來.但不是1個月以上都沒效)配合經期完的減肥方法也行我個人的堅持是:1.一定要有甜食(什麼時間點吃比較好)2.花費少的吃法(不能用火的)3.什麼是減肥必備習慣及飲食4.我要瘦肚子及手臂還有臀部(不要瘦身霜)5.自我美白DIY(不要美白乳液)
