我想要練腹肌線!每天都會跟社團的人一起做三組的肌力訓練1.仰臥起坐(正姿+左右姿)腳抬起來30度45度60度然後+腳來回交叉動==>一首歌2.坐姿(像樣握起坐那樣的坐姿)然後腳伸直收回伸直收回連續做(左中右都有)==>一首歌3.平躺腳抬起放下(左中右各10下)因為我肌力好像不怎麼差學校體適能一分鐘也可以
