平常我不太容易餓,
早餐一杯豆漿或牛奶,
中餐通常吃水果解決(不要罵我,是真的不餓..)
晚餐就看心情,有時一份乾麵,或一份水餃,或三明治之類的
基本上不吃便當因為不太喜歡吃完便當的那種飽感
但...晚上9.10點回到家看電視就會非常嘴嚵
不餓但就很想吃東西配電視。。
昨天10點多回到家,
就吃了一小罐玉米罐頭,一顆橘子,好多包巧克力...
新陳代謝變差加上在不當時間吃東西
體重更是....緩緩上升中
請問過來人是如何戒掉宵夜的呢><
