我目前懷孕3個多月,吃魚油DHA、葉酸+B群、鈣,我都是在早上吃這三種維他命,這樣會不會流失掉容易流失掉呢?懷孕時維他命早上吃還是晚上吃,或是要分開吃呢?孕婦的維他命要如何吃呢?
