有個前提要先說
吃進來的醣類,除了血中一定濃度的血糖和肝臟及肌肉中一定量的肝醣之外
其餘多的醣類都會轉化成脂肪...
所以關於早上起來先消耗脂肪的說法...
光是呼吸也會消耗能量
飯後呼吸消耗的都是碳水化合物
十小時後碳水化合物消耗完了,就開始消耗脂肪
所以從晚飯到隔天早上起床,理論上躺著不動,光呼吸就是消耗脂肪
以上講的是呼吸運動
如果加入肌肉運動,則會加快這個過程
至於先運動再吃飯有沒有負作用
其實是還好
怕就怕你餓昏了,運動完猛吃,吃得更多,那就不廋反胖了
