我的過敏膚質真的蠻傷腦筋的!過了25歲之後我就開始很注重保養
我知道內服膠原蛋白很有用! 但目前吃過明治和Costco的都會大過敏!@@
明治的效果蠻明顯的，不過會過敏就讓我打退堂鼓
板上很多人討論三得利的膠原蛋白粉，但 女人我最大 廣告打得好兇
我實在是沒有很想下手! 除非它真的很有效果!
最近momo台也有賣"海洋膠原蛋白粉"，是魚皮萃取的膠原蛋白!
有點興趣，但板上沒什麼人在討論，想問問有人吃過嗎?效果如何呢?
或是有推薦效果好又不過敏的膠原蛋白粉呢? 我好需要呀~~~ >"<
