我是一個182cm,120kg的男生。以前曾經用過錯誤的減肥方法,阿金博士的減肥法、後來是斷食減肥。更慘!導致後來體脂肪從21%變成35%,心臟也傷害到了。歷經兩次溜溜球效應。現在變成大胖子。不過以前常常運動,所以肌肉大部分都是結實的。只是近年來肚子愈來愈大。變成中廣身材。可是現在長時間都是外食,不吃又怕傷胃、又再度溜溜球效應;吃了外食又都很油膩。運動�
