做為一個常加班 且工作時間完全離不開電腦的人
用電腦的時間平均一天大概是15.16個小時吧…
(好吧 一部份是沒工作也在打電玩XD)
最近覺得身體狀況大不如前 不知道是不是因為初老了(掩面)
常常加班之後 早上精神不濟已經很平常 咖啡也沒啥幫助
常常上一秒想的事情瞬間忘記 或者是掉東掉西
但看醫生也沒有什麼特別的病症
問了周遭朋友,他們建議我平日可補充一些保健品
作息要正常 不要熬夜 均衡飲食 多運動
(但這些對我的工作狀況來說超難QQ)
想問除了調整生活作息之外
大家會推薦吃一些維他命或補給的保健食品嗎?
有沒有吃什麼營養保健食品對改善思緒跟疲勞有幫助?
聽說魚油還不錯
想問各位大大有推薦哪個牌子的魚油或怎麼挑選?
