床單環境皮膚癢 - 芳療

不知道怎下標題@@~
開始用芳療後,我對於環境 氣味的整潔度要求變高,
最近連皮膚也出現這樣問題
大概三天拖一次地,會加入純露拖地, 是真的覺得變得更乾淨,
也倒入純露洗床單, 但地板和床單,我現在只要清理後兩天,
就會覺得不乾淨,坐在椅子上,腳踩在地上會癢癢的,
躺在床上,一直覺得床或被單是不是有蟲 @@..(之前有用水煙,應該不會有塵螨啦?)
有可能是因為用芳療後,對環境清潔更敏感的關係嗎?
