忠孝sogo的mac實在太無語 - 粉底

一直以來mac都給我很冷的感覺，但對他家產品還是印象不錯。
這兩天在網上列印了mac粉底試用的兌換卷，網上還特別標注某些櫃點週年慶不能兌換，而sogo是週年慶也可以換，想說明天週年慶會很忙，於是今天去換。
靠櫃後我主動說要換東西，櫃哥也沒看兌換卷，就說換完了。（話說我每次去sogo的mac換東西都換完）一聽感覺很敷衍，於是我接著說不是才9／27才開始換（截至到10／10）10／4-10／8周年慶有些店還不能換。這時，另一個櫃哥幫腔說：因為我們sogo店本來人就很多。
當下感覺蠻差的，因為不是第一次了。（至少5次以上）有這麼巧每次去換不同東西都是換完？那麼不想給顧客試用就不要辦活動兌換。不然給顧客對於品牌很差印象。我想，下次看到網路兌換mac，我也不會想去換了。因為。。不用想也知道。。換完了。
