我是高二生想在畢旅前用減掉5~8公斤(8月中去畢旅)但是不知怎麼減?怎麼安排運動時間...最重要的是,我真的都覺得時間排的很滿不夠用ˊˋ首先,我坐校車回家後大約是5點40幾分準備明天的東西後大約6點多就準備吃飯吃完飯休息時間到7點就開始一直讀書(我在私立學校.功課超多很逼)讀到就寢中途除了洗
