如題~想問問在矯正的各位有沒有跟我有一樣的困擾~
昨天傍晚剛上了下排的矯正器
過了幾個小時後就隱隱做痛
所以很早就跑去睡覺
半夜起來時，發現牙套全都鑲進肉裡
慢慢扒開時超痛的!!還因此破了一個洞> <
矯正器的厚度好像讓我更用力的閉緊嘴巴
導致鑲的更深(2個月以來只裝上排時沒這困擾)
嘴巴不閉著睡覺的話實在是睡不著啊~~
有人有妙方嗎?還是只能排齊後慢慢適應了T^T
