我現在是重考生,每天都得去補習但因為要看書也不能花太多時間在其他事情上所以想靠飲食和睡前運動來減肥可能不會有太大的變化,但我希望可以維持現在或是瘦個兩三公斤也好等到明年一考完試在來專心減肥下面是我唯一能改變的地方:飲食方面,中餐可以自己準備,但是我是早上就準備好就得帶到補習班一直放到中午,我怕會有食物壞掉的問題;晚餐的話就得去外面吃�
