想要早上運動,那要先吃早餐還是要先運動?? - 瘦身

這是一個令我困惑很久的疑問想要早上起床到公園慢跑或做體操...(我的早上大概是七點過後)聽說要先吃完早餐去跑會比較有體力可是這樣還沒消化就運動不是會對胃腸不好嗎??但如果是先運動完再吃早餐又有人告訴我這樣容易胖.....這順序是要怎麼樣才比較有幫助呢??PS.早上起來運動主要是希望能增加體力及順便瘦身....請給我一點建議或提供自己的經驗給我參考....感謝哦~~~^^..
