想請問有用過雅若凝膠的板友 - 保養

今天因為額頭有硬的痘痘<不是很確定>~就是皮膚摸起來局部硬塊
但是沒有很明顯痘痘的頭
醫生開給我口服藥跟雅若凝膠，也有打痘痘針
我上網爬文跟yahoo搜尋，發現此藥只能塗於痘痘的頭而且只能塗很微量
<醫生有交代只能塗一點>
我現在不知道要怎麼塗?因為此藥不能塗開大範圍
我又不確定痘痘的頭，皮膚沒有很明顯紅腫，但是摸起來有很明顯硬塊
塗多大範圍好像會皮膚泛黑脫皮<藥物原理是透過氧化>
我到底是塗還是不塗?
不知道有沒有用過雅若凝膠的板友可以給點意見
