現在上班工作壓力神大而且時常要熬夜，所以每次生理期只要一來我的臉色一定很差，有時候連妝都蓋不住…
前陣子跟我媽崩潰怎麼體質這麼糟
結果被我媽念說女生的生理期要好好照顧氣色才會好
最後以試驗性質買了四物飲來喝

不得不說一開始我覺得鐵的味道真的有點重
不過一個月6罐這樣喝下來，我發現我的氣色還真的有變好一點
同事也說臉感覺沒這麼蒼白了
雖然我覺得他在話術我，不過我聽了還是滿高興~
之後連續喝2.3個月下來有感受到差別
也盡量睡好睡飽，好好地調整了自己的體質
後面覺得自己年紀已經直逼3字頭，好像應該要補一下膠原蛋白了
看到公司的年輕妹妹那超有膠原蛋白的皮膚真的很羨慕阿!!!
但我不願去買抗老產品，想說先用吃的來補一下
一樣也是入手同牌的膠原蛋白四物飲
跟含鐵不一樣是深紫色的，我比較喜歡這個包裝

目前我大概也是喝兩個月量
但我自己感覺底妝變得服貼
素顏的時候皮膚看起來也變好，還有一點光澤的感覺
