青春期都不怎麼長痘
原本以為自己是不長痘痘的體質
結果這幾個月突然開始長痘痘
皮膚也變得暗沉粗糙....
原本以為是保養品問題,但更換了保養品也沒什麼改善
看了皮膚科醫生也只是給藥膏擦
但痘痘還是無法根治

經朋友推薦看了中醫,才知道原來是這幾個月便秘,影響代謝才長痘
吃了中藥後,排便漸漸變順,過一個禮拜痘痘就開始減少
只是診所離我家太遠又難掛號,沒有藥的時候,我就開始擔心便祕和痘痘死灰復燃...
因此長期看中醫這選項對我有點難,最終還是要靠著食物的力量來改善便秘和皮膚。
早餐很趕,通常只吃個三明治配咖啡,能改善的空間不大,但是午晚餐我一定多點份燙青
菜,補充營養和纖維。
因為租的是沒有廚房的小套房,洗洗切切不方便,除了蘋果和香蕉(每天吃香蕉和蘋果也
實在很膩),我補充水果的管道是買現打果汁,不過後來發現,店家好像都會把殘渣濾掉
,雖然營養還有,但就少了纖維質。
後來去藥妝店買新纖植送纖維粉,一條條裝的,比較方便外食攜帶
每一包纖維有5,7g,我算了一下自己一天的纖維量可能不到一天建議量25g的一半,所以
一天會補充個二~三條左右,像是加在豆漿或湯麵中或和在咖哩飯中,再搭配多喝水,一
陣子之後就養成天天排便習慣。
天天排便後,發現自己皮膚比之前更好,之前沒有便秘時我大概約兩三天上廁所一次,雖
然不到會長痘痘,但氣色沒有很好,現在覺得膚色有提亮,整個人也看起來比較精神。
我想,跟代謝變好,使的營養吸收也跟著變好相關。
