這幾天我有上知識爬過關於慢跑的相關文章了...但我不知道我這樣的方法持續下去是否有用....我每晚有空就會去跑5公里....(大約一星期4~5次吧)不知道這樣是燃燒多少熱量....然後我的飲食方面是早餐吃代餐-大約100大卡(之前用賀寶芙的是真的有效但是會復胖就對了...但是現在還是持續使用)中餐就吃便當-大約800大卡吧...不小的就是一般市面上的便當晚餐最近開始嘴殘了...都偷偷�
