我今年36歲,身高164公分,體重63公斤我ㄉ肚子,腰,大腿和臀部脂肪最多想把這些部位變瘦,以下是我每天三餐ㄉ飲食....8:30早餐:燻雞蛋餅或雞柳沙拉一份和一杯溫紅茶或奶茶12:00中餐:自煮湯麵一碗17:00晚餐:黑輪三支和豬皮一份,有時吃水果為ㄌ排便順暢每天會喝至水2000ccㄉ水,晚上12點~1點睡覺,因很懶所以��
